Our company is hosted on the Shopify.com platform. Shopify.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Shopify.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

If you are not happy with your purchase made on our website- simply return it to us in its original condition, with your proof of purchase receipt within 28 days and we will issue you with a refund.
All sale items are final and non-returnable.
Please allow up to 5 working days to process refunds from the date of delivery to us. Refunds can take 3-5 Working days to show in your bank account once processed.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, or refunds for postage paid at this stage.
We advise to send parcels back with a signed/ tracked service. Please always keep proof of postage until you receive your refund monies back, otherwise this will alter your rights to a refund.
Please take extra care when trying on your purchases, as any self-made marks (such as make-up, self tan, lotions, perfumes etc.) may change your entitlement to a refund.
Please note that Apache Clothing shops are a completely separate entity and transactions conducted on this website are separate to those made in the Apache Clothing Stores, therefore all website returns can not be taken back to the shops for a refund. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
Lastly, If you receive the wrong item/ faulty item- We are very Sorry!!! If this should happen please get in contact with us by way of email within 30 days, leaving your preferred way of contact and we will get back to you as soon as possible, we aim to get back to you within 24hrs.

We deliver to England, Scotland, wales, USA and Spain.

Please return items within 28 days for a refund. Please note we do not refund any postage costs.
